All BCS tractors feature all hardened steel gears running in oil bath for durability and dependability. See the tractor models below and let us know if you have any questions.

BCS Model 739 Powersafe

BCS 739

The BCS 739 is the sister version to the BCS 739 but features the advance hydro mechanical Powersafe clutch.  This clutch design is heavier duty than the traditional cone clutch.  This tractor also features 3 working speeds but no transport speed.  This tractor is best suited for heavy gardening and mower applications.

  • Engines: Honda GX 340 (11 hp) Recoil or Electric
  • Weight: 278 lbs (recoil), 285 lbs (electric)
  • Wheel Size: (5″ x 10″)
  • Track Width: 22″
  • Working Speeds: 3
  • Transport Gear: No
  • Axle Type: Differential w/lockout

The Powersafe Clutch is a hydro-mechanical “wet” clutch system introduced in the U.S. in 2012.  Compared to the standard “dry” clutch as featured on all other BCS tractors models, Powersafe clutches are better suited for high-torque implements, more durable (5 year warranty vs. 3 years), and “abuse proof”, making it a great choice for cases in which the machine will be operated by multiple users.

BCS Model 749

BCS 749

The BCS 749 is the sister version to the 853 but with the hydro mechanical Powersafe clutch design and no transport speed.

  • Engines: Honda GX 390 (13 hp) Recoil or Electric
  • Weight: 294 lbs (recoil), 302 lbs (electric)
  • Wheel Size: (5″ x 12″)
  • Track Width: 22″
  • Working Speeds: 3
  • Transport Gear: No
  • Steering Brakes: Yes
  • Axle Type: Differential w/lockout

BCS Model 852/853

BCS 852/853

The 853 is my personal favorite tractor featuring 3 working speeds with transport gear and steering brakes; this tractor can handle most all applications including the utility trailer.  The BCS 852 is the same tractor but has the transport gear present in the mowing mode instead of the tilling mode allowing the use of the sulky for transport in certain situations.

  • Engines: Honda GX 390 (13 hp) Recoil or Electric
  • Weight: 281 lbs (recoil), 290 lbs (electric)
  • Wheel Size: (5″ x 12″)
  • Track Width: 22″
  • Working Speeds: 3
  • Transport Gear: Yes (BCS 853 in tilling mode; BCS 852 in mowing mode)
  • Steering Brakes: Yes

Axle Type: Differential w/lockout

BCS Model 750

BCS 750

The BCS 750 Powersafe is designed for super heavy applications including the 33″ tiller.  Featuring the hydro mechanical clutch design making it well suited for heavy duty tilling application.

  • Engines: Honda GX 390 (13 hp) Recoil or Electric
  • Weight: 337 lbs (recoil), 348 lbs (electric)
  • Wheel Size: (6.5″ x 12″)
  • Track Width: 25″
  • Working Speeds: 3
  • Transport Gear: No
